Benefits
Our Baby, toddler and young children's shoes are recommended as the next best thing to bare feet. Made from soft leather they allow feet to breathe. Shoes are light and flexible so little feet can move freely without restriction. Soft soles allow pre-walkers to feel and grip the ground, helping them develop a sense of balance. The elasticated ankle makes them easy to put on and stay on.
Suede Vs Rubber Soles
Suede soles are non-slip, lightweight and are ideal for babies, crawlers and pre-walkers. Suitable for indoor and light outdoor use in dry conditions.
For walkers we have added a layer of natural rubber to our suede soles that is super flexible so doesn’t restrict movement and still allows them to grip the floor. Our ‘Gripz’ rubber soles offer an extra layer of protection for toddlers and are more durable for outdoor use in damp conditions.

Personalisation
Shoe collars can be personalised with a name, nickname, or short special message.
Personalisation guidelines:
Maximum 10 characters per shoe
Enter the text for the left and right shoe in the “Special Instructions” box in your shopping cart
Your text will appear exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling carefully
Letters will be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS as standard
Special characters such as commas, accents, hearts, and similar symbols cannot be included, so please do not enter them
Example:
Left shoe: OLIVER
Right shoe: LOVE NAN
don't forget to also include a short message for your gift card in the checkout special instructions box.
Size Guide
We recommend you always measure the length of your child’s feet.
Age is listed as a guide, but all children are different.
The gap between the big toe and end of shoe should be 8mm - 15mm.
(if less than 8mm the shoes are too small)
Product Care
All our shoes are hand-made to order, however, we have been at this for over 25 years so it doesn’t take as long as you may think.
Orders are made and shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday – Thursday).
Shoes are packaged in a cotton drawstring bag. For special occasions we also offer a gift box and gift card - make your selection at time of order and don't forget to include a short message at the checkout.
Boxed products which include Giftsets and shoes, where gift box has been selected, will be wrapped in recyclable, protective paper and sent in a recyclable brown paper mailing bag. These items will require someone to take delivery. If no one is home a calling card will be left and they will be held at the local postal sorting office. Please check here before contacting us if an item has not be delivered.
UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery
Delivery is charged at £2.99. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked. Royal Mail’s estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days however this is not guaranteed and may take longer.
Faster Delivery
We offer a Royal Mail 24 tracked service at a cost of £3.75. Royal Mail’s estimated delivery time is 1 day however this is not guaranteed and on occasions may take longer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders for delivery outside of the UK are sent via DHL Globalmail / Deutsche Post and then passed to the local postage service in the delivering country. There is an extra charge for delivery, starting at £6.50, which will be added at the basket.
Delivery times will vary depending on customs clearance times and the delivering country.
USA
Shipments to the US are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed, duties paid. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days but this is not guaranteed and may take longer.
EU
Orders for delivery within the European Union should not incur additional local taxes, we are IOSS registered. If you receive a request to make payment please do not do so, we will not be able to refund you. Please contact sales@inchblue.com.

REST OF THE WORLD
Orders shipped outside the UK & EU may incur local taxes and fees. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility***.

Inch Blue shoes with suede soles are suitable for indoor and light outdoor use in dry conditions, whilst our rubber soles can withstand damp conditions but avoid getting them wet or muddy.
If shoes get wet - stuff them with paper and allow to dry naturally.
Do not machine wash.
How to care for specific materials
Suede - Use a suede brush for suede parts, such as soles and motifs. Caution: Do NOT use a suede brush on leather uppers.
Applique designs - Clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe for best results.
Printed designs - Be mindful of surfaces to maintain design integrity. Clean with a damp cloth only; do NOT use wipes as some may remove colour. Avoid contact with hand sanitisers, oil-based liquids, and creams that can stain.
Natural Wear and Tear
Leather will naturally wear and fade in areas that frequently drag across surfaces, especially on toes, or are exposed to the sun. This wear and tear is a normal part of ensuring little feet are protected while on the move and indicates the shoes are fulfilling their purpose effectively.
